REFUNDS & RETURN

Please read through the contents of this page carefully and be sure you understand our policies clearly before completing your purchase.

1. Can I return my product?

We only accept returns within 14 days of receipt for the items. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Customer will cover the cost of returning postage.  

2. What is the return process? 

- To initiate a refund, email us at info@pinklemonbae.com with your order number and item you would like to return. We will email you a return confirmation with the return address.

- Place the item you would like to return in its original packaging. 

- Drop off your package at your local post office. 

- Once we receive your return product, we will process your refund as long as it meets our return conditions.  

3. Return Conditions 

- Items must be in their unused condition. We will not accept used items, warn, damaged, washed or altered.  

- We will not accept returned items that were sent directly to us without reaching out to us first for a return confirmation.

- We do not accept returned items that are for sale. ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL. Unfortunately all clearance or discounted sales item are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless required by law.
